"Office and field personnel very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Field crew arrived early in scheduled time frame, assessed situation end finished quickly. Excellent service from office and field from start to finish. Suggestion made at end of service on how to avoid a similar problem in the future."

"I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. Super friendly and efficient. When I called the office with questions the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Deptic Technologies for septic work!"

"We’ve only been in our new build for a few months and after a ton of rain there was a HUGE sink hole above one of our drain field, I spoke to Gina and she assured me this was common with new septic systems and would simply need to be backfilled. She even took the time to look up the type of system we have to confirm this wouldn’t be an issue. She was super nice and helpful I will definitely be calling them when our tank needs pumped."
