Superb service!
"Oh my goodness, Gilberto and Efren came today and pumped out my 2000 gal septic tank. I could not have asked for a better experience! Absolute professionals who explained everything as they were doing it from uncapping, to the sledge and water levels on each side of the tank, to what the backflush does and how they dispose of the waste. And they answered all my questions to my satisfaction. All with very cute senses of humor while doing a very dirty job! It was a lot of work but Gilberto and Efren made it look easy. I will certainly recommend Septic Technologies to my neighbors. Thank you all for the outstanding service from the moment I called to schedule service to the last shovel of dirt going perfectly back into place!"

"I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. "Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience."
