"This is an amazing family owned small business, my wife and I could not be happier with their customer service! From Aileen, in the office, to the field technician, Gilbert, we are thoroughly pleased with their service! We needed same-day service to inspect and pump our septic tank and Septic Technologies did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable staff, amazing customer service, and all at a very affordable price. Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly how our system works and how to maintain it in the future.
